Set high up on a hilltop in the small
southeastern Vermont village of West Brattleboro, the West Village Meeting
House offers a spacious, flexible and beautiful setting for your wedding,
reception, or other special event. With a main hall, chapel,full kitchen,
parlor, large foyer, conference room and classrooms, the meeting house can
accommodate a wide range of activities.
Musicians, storytellers and other
performing artists bring the West Village Meeting House alive throughout the
year. Filled with natural light, surrounded by forest and decorated with a wide
variety of local art, it is a welcoming and comfortable setting for gatherings
of all kinds. Located just over a mile from Exit 2 of I-91, the private wooded
setting and attractive facilities make it an excellent space for any occasion.
Several areas feature large windows and cathedral ceilings
Options at additional cost include the
services of our minister for weddings or counseling, complete janitorial
services, and piano rental. We also offer recommendations for singers,
caterers, disk jockey's and most other services you may need for your event.
Our reasonable fees vary according to room size and length of usage time.
Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.

Our Facilities include:
MAIN HALL: 40' x 48' - seats
up to 250 for performances/presentations, 125 for a sit-down meal. Tables,
chairs and staging are available.
CHAPEL: 24' x 44' - seats
up to 120. Cathedral ceiling and raised stage area.
PARLOR: Seats up to 25 in
comfortable chairs and sofas. Intimate setting with forest views.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped
with commercial ovens and dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, pots
and pans, etc. Sliding doors open counter to Main Hall for convenient serving.
FOYER: 16' x 48' - An
attractive, well-lit welcome area with art gallery display space and tables
available for serving light refreshments.
CLASSROOMS: Informal,
inexpensive spaces for small gatherings or classes.
OUTDOOR COURTYARD: This is
a perfect space for ceremonies, receptions, or relaxing during meals or
workshop breaks.
